A long time friend of mine came for a brief visit from London. We haven't physically seen each other for roughly about 2 years so she has been demoted from being a real life friend to an online friend.This trip has been quite tricky to organise. We were so excited when we found out that we were going to be in the same continent at the same time for once that we presumed it would work out. Naive. I know. Turns out there were a few technicalities that ensued. She had just moved to London so things like: money, a job, a place to crash, you know, adult stuff kind of got in the way.
